Who we are

Sourceacre is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at privacy@sourceacre.com.

If you use this site or contact us

• This site has no forms, sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.
• Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records basic technical data such as IP addresses in security logs, to keep the site running and secure.
• If you email us, we use what you send to reply and to discuss working together, and keep it only as long as we need to for that.

We don’t sell your data.

If you are named in the data we use

The Sourceacre Record is about companies and sites. Some official registers we use name people, for example a company’s officers on Companies House, or a business that trades under a person’s name on a council business rates list. We use this only to identify which business runs a site, so that our customers can offer relevant products and services to that business. We don’t collect personal contact details from the open web, and we don’t build profiles of individuals.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. Email privacy@sourceacre.com. We’ll reply within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
